Claude: If I rent it I’ll wind up with nothing.

Joel: That’s true.

Claude: If I buy it it will be a good investment.
클로드: 그런데 집을 사면 좋은 투자가 되는 거잖아.
Joel: You’re beginning to make sense.

“You’re better off going to that restaurant for pizza. It’s more delicious there.”
